Pemet Designs does it again: two offers opening weekend on the Mesquiet Dr. Project, and now in escrow at the full asking price of $899k.
Here is the Mesquiet Dr. Staging job that we recently completed. This was a very challenging, yet rewarding, project. With this specific project, we thinned out the over-the-top specific furniture and added our items to neutralize the appearance so it would appeal to a wider audience of prospective buyers. Pemet is one of the few staging companies that will work with the clients existing furniture, infusing items as necessary.
For the Mesquiet Dr. Project, we had a very motivated seller who asked for suggestions on what he could do to make his home more aesthetically pleasing. In addition to staging the home, we changed the light fixtures that didn’t quite fit, and also gave the owner a laundry list of suggestions to have completed before it went on the market.
Putting your best foot forward, and paying attention to every aspect is of the utmost importance when it comes to selling your home for top-dollar. Every bit makes a difference; from the big points of staging, to even the tiny details of toilet paper and Febreze plug-ins.
